January 2022: Omicron Response

In the last seven days, we have seen unprecedented levels of COVID in households where we care for clients. This means that some homes have very high viral loads. 

Our staff are extremely busy trying to ensure that essential services are maintained and that our carers all have access to fit-tested masks and other essential items. 

We would ask everyone to please bear with us, as we may need to shorten visits, and times may change a little to allow the safe changing of PPE and implementation of additional infection control protocols.
