CARE MANAGER WANTED
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Are you a people person who is passionate about managing outstanding care that enables people to remain in their own homes? We are looking for a qualified Care Manager to join our team of 60+ home and community carers in Jersey. Reporting directly to our Registered Care Manager, you will ensure our fantastic carers are supported and that we are meeting the highest standards of care.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Minimum RQF/NVQ Level 3 and enthusiastic to take Level 5
Proven track record of at least 2 years managing care at a senior level in the community
Excellent communication and IT skills
Professional standards of excellence
Able to work independently
Clean driving licence and own transport
CONTRACT & BENEFITS
Package circa £41,000-£50,500 per annum pro rata, depending on qualifications and experience.

The role is based on a Mon-Fri week with generous remuneration for monthly on call.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING FROM DAY ONE?
Reporting directly to our Registered Care Manager
Supporting our carers on a day-to-day basis
Managing rotas and scheduling workloads in a timely manner
Assessing new clients, reviewing existing clients and creating care plans
Maintaining the highest standards of care in line with legal requirements
Implementing changes in processes and procedures to reflect changes in regulations
Liaising with other care professionals
